Carib Isle
‘Where e’er I go from shore to shore I’ll sing your praises for ever more.
Oh! Montserrat in the carib sea
ill love you eternally.
island in the carib sea
place which means so much to me
where pigeons fly and turtle doves
fills air with songs to love
people with such old world names
Like sullivan, o’garro and murrain
retells this island’s history settlers
seeking their liberty
sparkling beaches, mountain tall
sulphur springs and waterfall
cotton fields with flowers bright
fill hearts with great delight
tomatoes, cotton juice of lime
brought us fame for a long, long time
today add tourist industry
help bring island prosperity’
